Kelsie

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Kelsie grew up in colorful Colorado where her passion for animals blossomed at a young age. She attended Front Range Community College where she earned her Associates degree and became certified as a Veterinary Technician in 2013. After working at a small two-doctor practice for 6 years, she met her husband who brought her out to lovely Washington state in 2019. Kelsie is excited to get back into a smaller hospital setting with the amazing staff at Brookside after switching things up and working for a larger practice when first moving out to the area. Her passion for the care of animals has made her miss the relationships we create with our patients and clients in a smaller hospital like Brookside.

The beautiful state of Washington has piqued Kelsie’s interest in hiking and spending time on the water with her paddle board in the summertime, while you can find her indoors using her sewing machine to create fun clothing and crafts in the winter months.

Kelsie and her husband live in Port Orchard with their two German shorthaired pointers, a gargoyle gecko, and a Cerebellar Hypoplasia cat that walks around like a little drunken sailor.
