COVID-19 Information

Greetings Brookside Pet Parents,

Beginning November 1st, 2022, we are altering our COVID protocols. Masks will now be optional for both clients and our team. To support individual choice, you may wear a mask or forego wearing a mask as best suits your needs. Please be respectful to others and their personal choice of whether to wear a mask or not.

If you feel are ill or may have been exposed to an infectious disease, we request that you wear a mask as a courtesy to protect those around you. In respect for the privacy of our clients and their potential conditions, if a client requests masks be worn in the room, we will accommodate, and our team will do the same.

We will still operate as a modified curbside. Please call 253-857-7302 or text 253-367-2924 upon your arrival. A team member will come out to escort your pet and up to two people in the building for doctor appointments. If you prefer to remain curbside, please let your assistant know. Technician appointments, surgical check in’s /discharges and prescription food or medication pick-ups will continue to remain curbside.

We have added air purifiers around our hospital to help better protect not only our team , but our clients as well. With cold and flu season upon us, we want everyone to remain as healthy as possible.
